If an advisor-of-record appointment or other formal authorization is required, it will be addressed separately.

The Benefits Check-Up and other online tools are educational resources based on information supplied by the user. Results are intended to identify topics that may warrant further discussion. They are not a recommendation, quotation, offer of insurance, or instruction to purchase, change, replace, or terminate a benefit plan, insurance policy, or other product.

FlexBEN does not complete a full review of your business, workforce, existing contracts, claims experience, or other relevant circumstances solely through an online tool. Any benefits strategy or insurance recommendation should follow an appropriate discovery and review process and remains subject to applicable insurer requirements, contracts, eligibility, pricing, and underwriting where applicable.

FlexBEN aims to provide useful and current information, but benefits products, insurer practices, tax rules, legislation, pricing, and other circumstances can change. FlexBEN does not warrant that all website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Website functionality, tools, resources, and content may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn from time to time.

Benefits decisions should be made after considering the circumstances of the business and its people. Do not purchase, change, cancel, replace, or rely on insurance coverage solely because of information or automated results provided through this website.

The website may contain or integrate third-party services and links, including appointment scheduling and other technology providers. FlexBEN does not control third-party websites and their separate terms, availability, security, or privacy practices may apply.
